If you are self-isolating or choosing to stay at home, we can arrange courier collection anywhere in the UK. You can place your order online and select to have your media collected from your house.

1. Place your order through our website and choose Courier collection
2. After placing your order, we will email you with instructions on how to arrange a collection.
3. Package your media in a strong cardboard box and put your order number inside the box 
4. Securely seal the box and write our address on it
5. We will arrange the collection and let you by email once it has been arranged.

Currently, our turnaround is 1-2 weeks, for larger orders please get in touch for an accurate completion date. 

If your order is less than £100 then payment is required with the order.

We don’t charge for blank tapes and will refund this automatically back to you.

For larger orders, if you wish you can pay on completion for larger orders £100 on checkout. You can then pay on completion or if you prefer on collection from our studio.

We use Royal Mail 48 Tracked service for small orders. For larger orders, we use UPS next day signed for courier service.

Yes we will return your original media with your completed digital version

It is if you choose to use our courier collection service for £9.99 when placing your order online.

After placing your order, you will receive an email with instructions on how to book your collection.

Alternatively, you can send your media to us yourself using a delivery service of your choice. We recommend UPS who can collect your tapes from home or you can use one of their access points.

We recommend you use a tracked service to get your tapes to us. If your package is quite heavy, it is more cost-efficient to use a courier, UPS is our preferred choice.

Should your tapes be blank, you will not be charged for them. We will refund the payment or they will not be charged on your invoice.

We always recommend using a secure cardboard box to get your media to us safely. Recycling Amazon delivery boxes or similar is a great way to be environmentally friendly too.

For photos: please make sure the package will not bend in the post and slides are wrapped in clearly marked envelopes.

Please do not send your media to us in paper envelopes as they can easily rip during transit. Similarly, avoid using a messy filler or individually wrapping.

Yes, we do offer a discount of up to 30% depending on the quantity of tapes you have to be transferred.

• You can convert every type of videotape format with us, including VHS, Video8, and Mini DV 
• If you own cine film: we digitise 8mm, 9.5mm and 16mm film and Polavision
• If you own photographs: we scan projector slides, loose photos and negatives.
• If you own audio cassettes or reels: we can transfer compact cassettes, reel to reel tape.

Generally yes, if you have a large amount of tapes though we will use more than one USB stick.

You can watch the MP4 files on any computer, phone, or tablet.

You can also play them on a Smart TV by plugging the USB directly into the USB socket on the TV.
